I'm an operations executive and advisor with over 15 years of experience leading performance transformation across manufacturing, fulfillment, and distribution environments — at both the strategic and operational level.

I work directly with owners, COOs, VPs of Operations, and plant leadership — not around them. Every engagement is structured to align with strategic business objectives, not just address floor-level symptoms. The goal is always to connect what's happening operationally to what leadership needs to achieve commercially.

As an executive with multi-site P&L oversight, I've been responsible for driving performance across locations simultaneously — managing labor efficiency, cost reduction, throughput, and operational execution at scale.
